Youth....

An analysis is often carried out about the antecedents of the members of the winning team. On the analysis of the cricket team which won T20 world cup, it was found that a good number of members belonged to tier cities. Even the members of Metros belonged to lower and lower middle class cities.

Similar is the case of the winners/top ten members in various reality shows. One of the jury member of recently concluded popular show of Indian Idol has said again and again that the participation of the entire country has proved to be threat to the monopoly of the metros. As a matter of fact, it will be appropriate to say that the glory being achieved by the country in recent past is due to spread of awareness in tier II and tier III cities.

This is still to be spread to ton and village areas. The reason for awareness seems to be revolution in the field of communication. With the introduction of TV even at block levels, information has not remained the monopoly of a few.

Earlier the opportunities used to be grabbed by few powerful people. Since the persons representing in various fields were there not because of capability but because of resources, the country was lagging behind in all fields. Spread of means of communication like TV, telephone, internet has not only spread awareness but also has worked as binding force among different region. Through various TV serials, the constraint of language has been overcome. Respect for the tradition and values of different community are now being appreciated by one and all. All this has resulted in the cordial atmosphere in the society.

The children and youth being more adaptable have given a new direction to the country. As a result noticeable progress has been made in all areas. Number of persons living below poverty line has come down substantially.

There is tremendous creation of wealth in the country. A lot of this has been created by the youth who have come from urban background but belonged to lower middle class family. In spite of this the dream of our freedom fighters of making the country as Ramrajaya has remained unfulfilled.

The meaning of Ramrajya is a country where basic facilities are available to every one. Even today, there are many villages which are not connected by road There is no water, electricityand sanitation facilities in these places. There are no medical facilities. People go without food.

What is the solution? The solution lies in making the facilities to farthest end. How is it possible? It is possible by changing the attitude. Changing the attitude from living under any circumstances to live in the best. It is possible by increasing the expectation of one and all. For this efforts are to be made to follow the policy of involvement instead of exclusion. Involve the youth from all corners of the country in developmental work. Involve the youth in decision making. Evolve the feeling of belongingness. Develop team spirit.

This will give new direction top the country. There will be peace and prosperity in the country. New heights shall be achieved.
